    GENERAL: Owns an overpowering fastball and can throw all three of his pitches for strikes...Battled injury in 2011, and is looking to bounce back in 2012.

    AS A JUNIOR: Missed 2011 due to injury.

    AS A SOPHOMORE: Pitched in seven games with one start...Went 1-1 with 11 strikeouts and a 4.35 ERA in 10 1/3 innings...Did not allow an earned run in appearances at Georgia (3/12), NYIT (3/20), and Rhode Island (4/28)...Struck out a season-high three hitters in two innings at NYIT.

    AS A FRESHMAN: Was second amongst relievers with 14 relief appearances and 29.1 innings pitched...Also ranked second among the relief corps with 24 strikeouts...Led all regulars on the staff averaging 8.2 strikeouts per nine innings...Finished the season strong posting a 2.57 ERA over final five appearances, while also striking out 11 batters in 14 innings...Threw three innings in earning first career victory at Hofstra (3/24)...Struck out a season-high four batters over two innings of relief work at West Virginia (3/15).
