GENERAL: Saw plenty of playing time in the Siena outfield last year...Has speed to burn and covers plenty of ground on defense.

AS A FRESHMAN: Played in 50 games, making 46 starts...Hit .243, with one home run, 14 RBI, 22 runs scored, and seven stolen bases...Hit first collegiate home run against Fairleigh Dickinson (3/12)...Had back-to-back multi-hit games at Dayton (3/19)...Earned MAAC Rookie of the Week honors (4/22) after going 5-for-11 during a three-game sweep at Niagara...Went 3-for-4 with a season-high three RBI against Canisius (5/8).

BEFORE SIENA: Played six years of varsity baseball at Cornwall High School...Also played three years of soccer and was a one-year member of the school's ski team.

ROSSI ON BELL: "Tyler flashed sign of potential as a freshman, but needs to be consistent. He needs to put the ball in play on the ground more, and if he continues to grow, he should be able to get a lot of playing time."
