ROSSI ON GIANSANTI: "Anthony had an outstanding season in `09. Making All-MAAC and being drafted by the Oakland Athletics was the culmination of his superior season. He hit .355 and led the team with 14 HR's, driving in 37 runs from the leadoff spot. He also was tops in stolen bases with 20. He also was named as one of the top players in the New York Collegiate Baseball League this past summer. Deciding to return for his senior season and being elected captain along with his usual outstanding job in the outfield, we expect him to go out with an outstanding year. The coaching staff again is looking for him to be a force and a leader."
