Saints Take On Day Two of Bison Outdoor Classic

After a successful first day for the Saints at the Bison Outdoor Classic, the Saints took on day two in both the 800m and 3000m.

Sydney Johnson led the women in the 3000m with a personal best time of 10:48.32 to take 17th overall. Meghan McDonough was not far behind as she finished in 10:57.84. Ursula Svoboda, along with McDonough both recorded times under 11 minutes for the first time at Siena. Svoboda finished in 10:59.20.

On the men's side, Jack O'Hara took fifth place overall with a time of 8:45.48. Michael Stoker (9:06.84) and Shane Fiust-Klink (9:10.74) take respective places of 13th and 15th.

In the 800m, Sarah Forman set the school record of 2:13.64 and won her heat. Her personal record time was good for 17th place overall. Serena Rizzo also recorded a personal best time of 2:22.99.

Evans Kibet broke the school record in the 800m with his personal best time of 1:52.35. That time was good for fifth overall. Travis Fairlee also set a personal best time of 1:55.11 and won his heat, that would put him in 29th place overall.



Siena returns back to the Capital District as they take the short trip to Albany, New York for the UAlbany Spring Classic on Saturday, Apr. 22.
