AS A SOPHOMORE: A top-50 finish in the Nassaney Invitational 5K (9/10) finishing with a final time of 16:50.96...Participated in the 8K at the Iona Meet of Champions (9/17) with a final time of 28:43...Finished inside the top-100 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/15) with a final time of 27:46.9.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed at Binghamton (9/11) finishing the 8K with a time of 28:47.6...Participated in the UAlbany Invitational (10/16) finishing the 8K with a time of 28:10.3.

BEFORE SIENA:Ran four years of varsity cross country and outdoor track at Brewster High School...Ran two years of indoor track...All-League in cross country eight times...All-County (outdoor track) in 400IH, long jump, triple jump, javelin, pentathlon and 4x800...All-State and All-Section in cross country in 2009...Sixth overall runner in Section 1 in 2009.
