    Both Squads Improve Two Spots from 2010 Finish

    BEFORE SIENA: Earned four letters in cross country and five in outdoor and indoor track at New Hyde Park Memorial High School...Section VIII Winter Track Conference 2nd Place..All County Race Walker 2005- 2009...Section VIII All-County 1500 and 3000 Spring Track in 2009.

    PERSONAL: Born June 8, 1991...Daughter of David and Josephine DelSanto...Has a younger sister named Deanna.

    Any superstitions?: Before any of my races; I need to wear tall green socks or mismatching socks, I touch both of my sneakers and triple knot them and on our way to the race the only thing I will eat is Goldfish
    The funniest person on the team is: that's a tough one, if you put JD and David together I guess
    My proudest sports moment is: at MAAC Championships when I led the team and came in 48th out of 121 and ran a 6k in 25:39. That was the best day of my life.
    My favorite class at Siena is: West and the World with Father Dwyer
    My favorite thing about Siena is: how EVERYONE is friendly
    Career Plans: I plan on going to either Albany Law or St. John's Law School
    I chose Siena because: it's small and because I was told a while ago from two graduates of Siena all about the school and they made me fall in absolute love with the school from the second I stepped on the campus my senior year of high school
