Registration Deadline: Sunday, September 11
Start Date: Sunday, September 18
Games Take Place: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

The captains' meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, September 12th. Teams who do not send a representative to this meeting will not be included in the playing schedule. No exceptions. Your designated team captain will receive an email with more details in advance of the meeting.

Teams will be selected on a first come, first served basis. Meeting the registration deadline does not guarantee your team's participation; there will be a cap on the number of teams we can include. Each team must have a representative at the captains' meeting and must fill out the registration form in its entirety in order to be considered for inclusion in the schedule.

Participants may only belong to one team each, and each team must consist of at least eight players. We will replace any inappropriate team names with the captain's name.
