Tim Farrell begins his first year as corporate sales manager at Siena College. He brings 10 years of experience in professional sports and entertainment to the Siena athletic department.
At Siena, Farrell will lead the corporate partners program. He is responsible for marketing and selling Siena basketball and other department activities to the corporate community.
Prior to Siena, Farrell served as manager of grant and corporate development for the City of Albany's office of special events. He developed and expanded strategic partnerships to sponsor award-winning special events and festivals including Tulip Festival, Alive at Five, Jazz Festival, Father's Day Pops Concert and WinterFestival.
Farrell has 8 ½ years of experience in arena football including marketing, communications, sales and broadcasting. He also served as marketing coordinator for SMG in Albany's Pepsi Arena.
Farrell earned his bachelor's degree in public communications from the College of Saint Rose in 1999.
