Patrick Meany has been hired as the new sales assistant in the Siena College Fan Relations Office. Meany is a 2011 graduate of SUNY Cortland, and has worked as a customer service representative for the New England Revolution of the MLS in Foxboro, Mass. since January.
"We're excited to have Patrick join our fan relations team," director of athletics John D'Argenio said. "He will play an important part in our group sales efforts, and serve as a `Saint' account representative for a large portion of our season ticket base, including our Premium Seating Program members."
Meany managed over 280 season ticket accounts with the Revolution, utilizing TicektMaster's Archtics software, the same ticketing mechanism used by Siena men's basketball.
Meany also gained marketing, communications and sales experience as an intern with the New England Premiership League in Albany, the United Soccer Leagues in Tampa, Fla., and Gillette Stadium/Kraft Sports in Foxboro, Mass.
Meany joins a Siena Fan Relations staff that is charged with promoting Siena basketball with outward sales calls and in-person visits, and providing unparalleled customer service to season ticket holders and fans. The office is located on the second level of Times Union Center above Wolf's 111.
Season tickets, Premium Seating Program memberships, and individual game tickets for Siena men's basketball are on-sale now. Call the Siena Fan Relations Office at 487-2202 for more information.
