The Saints also advanced to the Women's National Invitation Tournament-their third postseason tournament in the last four years.
The men's team put together a memorable March run to capture the MAAC Tournament title at Pepsi Arena in front of a nation-wide audience on ESPN. The Saints then went on to become just the second team in the history of the NCAA to win a NCAA Tournament game with a losing record-defeating Alcorn State in the Opening Round of the NCAA Tournament in Dayton Ohio before falling to top-seeded Maryland in an East Regional First Round matchup.
Women's seniors Chrissy Loeliger and Meaghan McGonagle will be recognized at the women's banquet. The men's senior class includes: Dale Taylor, Andy Cavo, James Clinton and Dwayne Archbold.
