![]() Mission Statement The objective of the Siena camp is to learn while having fun, regardless of age, sport experience, or skill level. You will be grouped with other campers with similar athletic backgrounds in the same age group. The many hours of individual instruction you receive will be in small groups and supported with demonstrations and analysis from the coaching staff. If you want to learn more about a sport, and do so in an exciting environment, then a Siena camp is for you. Registration Space in the camps is limited, so early enrollment is suggested. Registrants accepted will receive a confirmation letter with notification of any program changes and first day of camp details. Please save this letter for future reference. Registrants not admitted will receive refunds. Walk-in registration on the first day of camp cannot be guaranteed. It is important to note that all registration forms go through the Office of Business Affairs. Registrants that do not go through this process cannot be guaranteed space in camp. Waiting lists for camps are maintained. If you would like to be included on the waiting list, please circle "Yes" where indicated on the registration form. Checks will be deposited to secure campers' places on the waiting list, but credit cards will not be charged until acceptance to camp. Fees and Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing or by fax. Full refunds will be made if a cancellation is received at least 20 days before the camp begins. After this deadline, $60 will be deducted for administrative expenses. If no notice is received, $90 will be deducted. For refund purposes, the postmark of the cancellation letter or the date stamp from the fax machine will determine date of receipt by Siena College. Refund for a camper who leaves before the last day of camp will be based on costs and a $60 administrative fee. Once the camp has taken place, a camper can request a refund with valid reason up to 30 days. The last day of refunds that will be issued is September 2, 2013. A group discount of 15 percent is available if eight or more campers submit their applications together in the same envelope. This requires registration to be done via US mail and discount cannot be given with online registration. Please call the camp hotline at 518.782.6905 for additional information. There are no discounts for team camp. What the Campers Receive All campers will receive a Siena College Sports Camp tee shirt and a special gift. Campers and their parents/guardians will receive a pre-camp booklet that details the week ahead of them.
